How To Play

  • Participants must visit each business location receive a receipt from three establishments.
  • Collect all three (3) passwords.
  • Submit the final phrase through the official entry form at www.horne.law.
  • Limit one (1) entry per participant.

Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Participants must be a service industry employeee with an active Savannah Server Training permit.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Horne Law Firm are not eligible.
  • All cruise participants must sign a waiver before finalizing booking details, no later than Auguts 30th, 2026.
  • All cruise participants must have a valid government-issued ID and birth certificate, or a valid U.S. passport.

Entry Period

  • Contest begins June 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST.
  • Contest ends August 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
  • Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.

Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive a four (4) night cruise for four (4) passengers aboard Carnival Cruise Line.
  • Grand prize includes balcony cabin accommodations and standard onboard meals.
  • The cruise winner may select up to three (3) guests, subject to eligibility requirements.

Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around August 18th, 2026
  • Winners will be notified via email or phone and announced on Social Media
  • Winners must respond within three (3) business days to claim their prize.

General Conditions

  • Participants must collect all three (3) passcodes from participating businesses.
  • Limit one (1) entry per participant. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
  • Extra cruise tickets are for the winner's selected guests only.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
  • The Horne Law Firm does not provide alcohol, excursions, or additional onboard services.
  • Cruise prize does not include airfare, transportation, or additional onboard expenses.
  • Failure to attend the scheduled cruise results in forteiture of the prize without refund or substitution.

Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree to allow The Horne Law Firm to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.
